The ONE universal Portal (ONEuP)

open architecture that may be configured with COTS and/or

The ONEuP features an embedded Linux operating system that
yields extremely low latency task processing and applies internet
technology to make the system fully network enabled. Using Java
Applet technology, ONE has developed a graphical user interface
for the ONEuP that runs in a common web-browser. The system supports
standard protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP and FTP to facilitate
